Automobile Self Referentially part I

A post from three years ago today has a picture of a truck in it. For no other reason I have decided to talk about cars, trucks and what not as seen in my work.
Not even counting the recent "Taxi"paintings there are a fair number of vehicles in my paintings. This is in part due to the reality of the modern landscape. Where, in truth, can you go and not be in the presence of some vehicle or another? Effectively no where. I am sure ther is more to say but i have to dash. I'll post a part 2 tomorrow!!!
