Grey Fruit

This drawing project is meant as an exercise and thusly some concepts will be developed and decided upon as they happen. I expect my style to strengthen the more I free draw. I also might have to decide which bits of media is acceptable. My vision was of a pen/ink situation. Though there are ways around it, color would certainly help emphasize some ideas of 'grey." Of course a confederate queen might also be called to mind with "grey fruit", something that can be done exclusively in b/w easily enough.
To recap: I am using this to improve my drawing technique and vocabulary so expect a learning curve. Also, whatever my initial intent I am allowed to just create as I feel fit so the rule (such as they are) may change as time passes.
