Taxi 3x4

I started, technically restarted, the large canvas Taxi scene. So far so good I would say. There were a lot of thoughts going through my head while sketching this. Largely about how to paint it. To be honest I cannot say I remember what they were, mainly thoughts about brush strokes I think. I do remember thinking of how the larger size is easier to work with. It is true that the large area requires more work but the openness allows better flow of hand gestures. Maybe flow should read "translation." I have not picked a palette. I imagine it will be the same as the others. I am just hoping to capture the tension of the moment. r.
